serie-parallel link guru question whit cob

hello I would like to make changes to lighting my vegbox.
is now lit by three lamps consist of two vero18 mounted on each and a CPU cooler with mounted a cxa3070
the whole thing is powered by meanweal elg-150-c700b following the diagram current veg box.pdf

Now I would like to add two more cxa3070 but to do that I should make a particular connection with a parallel between two lamps
to understand us take a look at the next file veg box.pdf

This type of link is safe or can destroy my cob ??

The mom room lights will be running at 700mA / 2 = 350mA because the current will split into two paths of equal impedence (resistance). I'm not familiar with Vero but things look OK to me otherwise.
