Sending seeds

Hey a buddy of myne has a nice strain that he told me he will send me, hes nearly on the other side of the country. im just wondering if you think this will damage the seeds? ive recieved actuall marijauna from him with no problem but i read somplace that if you stress seeds out they will turn to male? anyone have an idea of how to package it safe in a normal envolope?

I have mailed seeds plenty of times but I don't put them in a normal envelope. I buy one of those bubble-pack envelopes and place the seeds in a empty CD case. Place the CD case in the bubble wrap and send it on it's merry way. Never ever, in over 15 years of sending seeds have I had any problems. I have used other means of sending seeds but never in a plain envelope. Good luck and just be creative when sending seeds and you should be golden.
 
Place seeds in a small container where they can't move around, like a vial packed with foam. And get an envelope that's insulated/bubble wrapped on the inside.
 
yeah, exactly, just get creative and put em in sumpin they can't be crushed in! i've hollowed ball point pens out before and put em inside there, then package with other non suspicious items and mail....you'll have no problems if you're smart bout it...

No they will not be safe with just a few sheets of paper, envelopes go thru sorting machines and to grab ahold of the envelope they use wheels like roller skates.

So if you put on a pair of roller skates and skate over your seeds and a few pieces of paper what is going to happen ???????

If you hit the CD case on roller skates what is going to happen ? You will fall on your head because it will jam the wheels and have to be hand sorted.

If you are talking about USPS use one of the priority any weight boxes, I think the cheapest might be $4.95 or so. Then you have the protection of the box, so you could probably get away with crumbled up newspaper. I woud still do everything I could to make sure the seeds were in something plastic and it was stuffed with cotton so the seeds make zero noise and whatever they are in taped to something.

ZERO NOISE is what is important, NOISE = curiousity.

Cd Case is one of the better ideas out there.
