so long story short. I love growing Cannabis, I've tried growing other plants but they just don't give me the same satisfaction. the pure amount of whats possible with growing Cannabis in terms of different strains, yield, potency, different techniques, there is no other plant quite like it. as much as I'd like to get a big grow going I'm in college, rent, and don't have the $ or space for that, but for the time being I'm fine with 2-4 ladies. any way my legal question is I don't really smoke any more ill toke a bowl maybe once a month but thats it. so is there a legal way for me to sell a few Oz. in Colorado? or should I just stick with selling/ giving it away?
any thoughts or advice is much appreciated. thanks in advance.

You could get a medical card and sell to patients. Im not sure if you need your cultivation/distribution/transportation license or if you have to claim any tax info on it.

but fuck the IRS, and you shouldnt get in much trouble as long as you dont sell to people younger than 18 and arent selling LBs left and right.

that was my thinking but still be nice to sell legally. Its amazing how the IRS and US gov have constantly screwed over the MMJ community. I used to have a card (ended earlier this year) in the end bud cost me a few extra $$ because of tax. but all in all it was more than worth it I got to know a few of the bud tenders most of whom were very nice and knowledgable. besides the fact that the dispensaries cost more the fact that they had a greater variety including edibles, and sodas (the one thing i truly miss about not having my MMJ card any more). a talked with a few of the owners/ bud tenders most of them were trying to meet regulations/pay taxes but couldn't or had troubles because no bank would accept money or open up an account, for fear of the Big gov. fucking with them. I know of one dispensary owner that actually had the bank not only refuse to open an account for the dispensary but some how also forced him to close his accounts and switch banks, and also tried to screw him over on a loan for his house.
