Selling seeds on craigslist. Ok or not?

I'm a CA resident with a medical mj card and I grew my first crop and have extra seeds I want to get rid of for donations (I'm in a non-profit state of CA) on Craigslist. Is it legal? A ton of ads on craigslist for bud. I was just wondering about seeds coz that one Canadian got 5 years for selling in the U.S. (probably something to do with crossing the border).

I wouldnt do anything on craigslist. That is using the internet which gives federal authority.

I doubt you can compare selling a few left over seeds with the seed enterprise mark emery established.

I've bought off CL. I would never sell though because they are looking for distributers not people buying dubs online.

I wouldn't trust Craigslist for anything like that, even if medical is legal in your state it's probably not legal to sell seeds without some kind of license. In my area police set up Craigslist stings for prostitutes all the time... I don't see why they wouldn't try the same for drugs. Be safe! Save the seeds for next time. =)
