selective pollination?

okay so I'm doing my pre-grow research before starting my first closet grow...

I want to do a seed run before I actually do a grow for the "herb", but that seems like a lot of work for a yield that isn't really worth smoking.

from what I understand, if I were to just let my males and females grow side-by-side, it would greatly decrease the quality and yield of that "grow".

if I were to only allow one male to grow with lets say 3-4 females, would I be able to keep the quality of the "herb" somewhat decent?

Or will that one male still pollinate the shit out of all the females?

or is there some way to selectively pollinate one female, remove the male, and still grow a few seedless females in the same run? Or am I asking too much?

thanks in advance and any help is appreciated.

one male will pollinate an entire room of females if u want seeds grow your male in a seperate location and collect the pollen then once your ladies start to bud brush a little on a selected branch to seed thus giving u seeds and good bud

yes keep your males and female seperated
1 male can ezly pollenate 1000's of female
just like with humans every time the wind blow they and us bust nuts every where

you could harvest the pollin from the male and cover one of the lower branches of your female by either painting it on with a brush
or useing a brown paperbag
or take the female into the male room for a few min. each day banging them together as they would do in nature, then dusting the female off of excess before placing back into the female flowing room with other females
