if a seed comes out of some bud does that meen since it was a hermy plant it came off than its gana be eather hermy or female plant?

depends on where it came from. if it was someone gorilla growing and they never pulled the males it could be a healthy seed. it could also have been a female pollinated by a hermi that someone didn't notice in their grow. like said above 50/50

Ive growing outside my house on accident before just by throwing a seed out the window and then it rained for a few days and then there was a plant

A couple of seasons ago, I had a plant that accidentally got pollinated by a male I'd missed. When I chopped the 3 females down, I laid the plants on a bedsheet, wrapped them up, and put it in the trunk of my car. A few of the seeds must have fallen out of the sheet and landed on the driveway, because next year little pot plants were sprouting out of cracks in my driveway half the summer.
