this plant has seeds, but no male was nearby. it was bag seed, but their are no male flawers, it was alone and is realy dank, it was out doors, does that mean one of my neighbors are growing some shit?????

If he had any male flowers, he would've seen em. Therefore, its pollen from a neighbor's male/hermie plant.
 
question... do you think the cheap 6inch inline duct fan will cool a cooltube or do i need to get a blower or centrifungal fan for that???i know those 25 dollar fans are good for something...

yes they work for a cool tube make sure there aren't many bends or curvs in it. if u were us use the 4" one with 4" ducting. also dont use reducers or anything that might restrict airflow.
