seeds that wont grow

Got ten sweet island skunk seed that i have had in plugs, kept moist with R.O. water ph 6.2 and they have onlt cracked on the side and it been 16 days. Should I trash them or any ideas on how to get them going. Never Had this Problem until I bought seed for a bill.
 
I keep them in a 7 inch dome temp between 70-76. Bag seed start for me in about 4 day2 norm. but lookn to up grade and nothing with the last bit of change no seed no clones damn.
 
Hard to say, that should be working.. You don't want them to be completely soaked, just damp.
 
i mean rock wool plugs been ph balanced and ppm is only 250. been thinking they might need more nutes to start but dont want to burn them. like i said they have cracked little white coming out but not at the rate you would think.
 
yes, too wet and they will just grow as slow as they want, or eventually just rot

Absolutely no nutes, if they have white coming out then they're fine.. Let the cubes get just damp and make sure its pressed snug against seeds, and quit opening it up to look at them.
