seeds split open but no growth

seeds are not progressing, i water regularly and its over 80 in there, there under cfls. has anyone had this happen to them.

you dont want to water it very much you just want the soil slightly wet,if you over water the seed rots,and is starved from oxygen

they are in rockwool, do you put light on them?

Give um time.Keep temp at 75.They need to grow roots before they grow leaves.

i put seeds in little rockwool cubes and soak them in really light nutrients. i put them on top of a warming pad and i cover them. as soon as they start to crack the top of the rockwool i uncover it and keep it under light. i have been succesful at making seedlings i just kill them a month later.
