well im creating a small grow room. im useing two 50 Watt High Pressure Sodium [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Bulb's and im growing 2 plants in a mini hydro set. i need to get a min of one ounce per plant in no more then two months. i need the plants to be at the least good mids. what i want to know is what strain i should go after. i googled and i found so many of them and some where the same plant with a diffrent name. i will be growing 4 plants in two sepreate dual hydro units. i will allso be cloneing allot to have a constant supply. so help me out if you can or flame to death.

oh and i was thinking of useibg white widow and purple power. two of each one.

You can not process a plant in under 2 months. It just wont work. you'll be cutting them a month into flower at the very latest to make that deadline and your pot wont be worth a damn.

Also 100w of HPS is enough but barely you will take even longer for your plant to reach maturity. I grew under 90w of CFL with two plants and they grew fast but only because i limited the volume of the space the light had influence over increasing the ambient lumens and allowing for more redirection back to the plants.

All in all I can safely say not gonna happen. The best you could hope to do is grow lowryder its small and flowers quick though it lacks in potency. You might not be able to do that either.

400 watts is good for like 4-6 plants I think. It will also not make you finish in 2 months time.

the flowering phase for most strains is like 65-90 days.

Its still two months of flowering.

You'll be pushing it if you skip the vegging stage, and you'll decrease your yield potential.

Yes, the flowering period is two months. Flowering is when the plants are grown with leaves, and then their light cycle changes from 18 hours of light a day to 12.

You want to flower a plant when it looks like this. So once you have a plant thats this big, then you wait 2 months for it to flower. Then another week of drying it out and letting the chlorifill get absorbed properly.

3 months is still pushing it really, from germination to smoke i would say its closer to 4 by time you add germination and drying into the equation.

yea, it would definetly take a minimum of 3 months .... i started with germination ... its been a few days shy of a month ... and my plant is still a little guy only has the first 3 levels workin on the forth but the two plants are only 2 inches tall max ..... im gonna be veggin mine for atleast another month before i even consider flowering ... oh FYI im using 4 CFL bulbs ..... whats the rush ? growing takes lots of patience ..... your best off to take your time till youve got your first healthy female plant .... then keep it and clone it ... that way youll have a harvest every 2 weeks if you work it out right

hmmmm. thats a good idea. i think i wil end up doing that dub. see i need to push out 4 ounces in like 4 months or less. im trying to find a way to shorten the time. so if i grow one healthy female and clone her i guess it will work. how long would it take for a clone to mature?

Your not really going to speed the process up, clones don't mature any faster they just hold the ages of the mother it came from.

If you wanna sell 4 ounces in under 4 months, look for a short flowering strain, dutch passions euforia apparently finishes in 6 weeks.

hmmmmm.....so i think i'll vegg a mother then clone her every one month so i'll have a steady supply. i need a strain that flowers fast but gives you a rush fucked up high.

if i grow a plant and it starts getting to tall how can i slow its growth? (in the sense of height)

good to know NGT lowryder was the fastest one i could think of.

and yes you are looking at a minimum of 3 months for any sort of smokable yield.
