Seeds not germinating

Actually they have cracked and have the little white roots out the bottom, but not a single one has emerged from under the soil after 4 days. Do you think they are still viable? This would be 8 out of the 10 seeds I ordered. The other 2 are about an inch tall already. They are Northern Lights.

Question is how deep in the soil and how much you watered them? I would give them 3 more days to clarify it, cuz your roots did sprout. if nothing else.. then chances are they didnt make it.

I would say they are like 1/4 inch deep and the soil is moist. They are under CFL's right now and a humidity dome.
