seeds in the USA

Ok so I want to know if all the major seed banks I have been shopping on actually don't ship to the US

I have a friend who got seeds here from dutchpassion... and now they say they dont ship to the US.. do they just say that and then do it anyway?

anyone have any suggestions for seedbanks that do ship do the US?
