seedlings with yellow root tips

i posted this in the general growing forum and no one responded. im reposting here because i believe this is the correct forum. so could you tell me if this is a problem ? thanks

It kinda kooks like rootrot Are your root tips sitting in water??
.I stick my seedlings in rockwool......... as soon as I see a root tip coming out I put them in bigger rockwool cube.It's alright to transplant now your seedlings are ready for bigger containers so roots can develop faster.
