Seedlings Problems in hydro

this is my first hydro grow and I am already having issues, I am using a 10 site versagrow system drip irrigation system, i have 2 of them going and the other doesnt have issues yet but the seedlings in the other one are much younger.

I WAS feeding 24/7 with nutes up until today when I put it on a cycle to feed every 4 hours for 15 mins, I also have 2x400w MH lights running @ 300w in a 600w e-ballast, in cooltubes with a 6' fan exhausting out the window. Peak temps inside the tent are 85F, water res temps are 70-75F. The light are also running 24/7.

I am using tap water, comes out at about 170-190ppm, and I am adding about 80ppm of AN Sensi Grow A+B to the solution and ph'ing a 5.8, seeds were all started in rockwool then moved to the hydro system once a root was coming out of the bottom.

Pics of my plants are below, ive searched around and I can't quite figure out whats going on with them, any ideas ?

Yeah, too much nutes and or possible too much light.
also make sure the rock wool stays damp, it looks like the droppers are a fair way from the cubes.

i run my 400w hps at 250w for a couple weeks, and I hardly feed at all, I just add I tiny tiny amount of nutes and a bit of Epsom salt in the first week.

I feed Olivia's, its a spray on food for seedlings and clones.

I start at 1/4 strength and go up 1/4 about every five days till I get to full strength.
I hand feed all seedlings and clones.

I prefer the Hands on approach.

1" rock wool cubes have worked great for me.
(RW needs to be soaked in PHed water before use)

I use a simple hood and tray, I have a warming mat for when heat is needed.

Its under a 90 Watt T5 CFL 4 bulb fixture.

20 out of 20 on my germination so far, a little luck and a little science and a ton of reading.

apply KISS at all stages!

So how long should I hand feed them for ? Also, The droppers are going in at an angle so they wet the area around them, the rockwool seems to be consistetly damp.

I go by the weight of the cube.

When unused cube is dipped in PHed water and they come out the are heavier.

drop one in a ziplock after about an hour after you dip and weigh it.

That is your target weight for the cube, I can do it by hand but you can use a cheap postal scale.

you water when feel the cube has lost 50-60% of its water to the plant and the air.

Remember don't squeeze the RW as this will close up the open air pockets in the cube.

Not saying drip feed is bad, it's awesome.

Its just not the gardener, automation takes you out of the equation.

My personal take is depending on the environment I water my 1" cubes 1-3 times daily by hand.

My way I hand water is a take an old water bottle and put a small hole in center of cap, 1/16" approx.

Fill bottle with PHed water and flip over and squeeze gently, you get a single stream, now count to 5 seconds and stop.

move to next cube and repeat.
Using counting will control the quantity of water.
Squeezing the same every time is important.

Raise the time you spray each cube by a few counts as you see them need more water.

I always have Olivia's in my water, starting at 1/4 strength

Okay, I will try and hand water them until they are ready for the drip feed, how big should they be before I start back on the drip ?

it seems that the other 10 i planted in the system, going 15 on 4hrs off are doing well, the cubes get the chance to dry out before getting watered again, so im gonna kill off the ones that look sick and plant new seeds and try and continue with that regiment.
