Seedlings not growing, so...

Ok first of all happy to be here. I have 6 White Widow Feminized and I started them in large rockwool cubes and they were doing OK so they got to about 2 inches tall so I put them into larger containers (maybe 10 inch deep containers) with Happy Frog mixed with pro-mix (nothing strong) and they did not grow whatsoever for about 2 weeks. They showed no sign of yellowing or drooping or anything, perfectly happy seedlings, but did not look 4 weeks old. I take them out of the soil and check the rockwool and there are absolutely no roots coming from anywhere. Boldly, I rip apart the rockwool carefully and see there is absolutely no root growth whatsoever. Hopefully you guys agree with what I did next...

I took as much rockwool off as possible without damaging the roots (whatever little there is) and put them directly in soil and in smaller containers. I believe this will help stimulate root growth. Any input would be appreciated. I will try and post pics tomorrow.

rockwool is great shit, awesome for roots, they fuckin love it...let your meduin dry and your plant will HAVE to look for water(grow)

EDIT:also rockwool cubes are for clones man...just put the seed in soil...

Well they are all looking good so far after 7 hours. Actually they look a bit better. The fan leaves are now fatter and now all of them have their 2nd set of leaves. Is it really possible that all of this happened in only 7 hours?
