Seedlings need help! Haaalp! (pics)

I have these seedlings. It's been 6 days since I planted the germinated seeds in rockwool. They were doing great until just recently. I made a few mistakes from the start, I didn't ph the rockwool in water before planting them but they seemed to do fine despite that. I also watered them with some diluted rooting formula, Power Clone. I had them under the humidome for about 4 days at which point I noticed they were stretching so I took it off and brought the 2 cfl's closer. I think they are 24w 6500k spectrum (if that's blue). They were doing great up until yesterday or the day before I started noticing a few things weren't right. I was hoping it was nothing but this morning things have just gotten worse and now I'm scared for my little ones!

These two concern me the most. Yesterday they seemed to be among the healthiest and I wake up this morning and they have just fallen over. The plants are still green but the stems are completely rubbery and one looks very shriveled at the base. I think it may be damping off although I don't know how that could've happened I made sure not to soak the rockwool just keep it damp.


I have another plant that has shriveling around the outer leaves and the tips. It isn't turning yellow but rather a sort of grey color. It's not good at all.


As for the rest of them they seem to be doing OK but I have noticed they haven't grown much in the last couple of days which really worries me.

Hows the temp.? Over 85F and your to hot. Under 70F to cold. Get some bottled "spring water" for the babies. Its ready to go. STOP ADDING ANYTHING OTHER THAN AFORE SAID WATER. They need ONLY water for the first 2 weeks. Use a straw or tooth pick stuck into rockwool to help them stay facing upward. Got a little fan blowing on them? If not do so. They need air movement 24/7.
