After a seed has sprouted how soon can it be put under 4oow MH lights?Also if they should be under flouro`s would an ordinary shop light (cheap home depot type)be good enough

I use 3 of those 4 foot flouro shop lights with 2-40 watt bulbs each (blue) from home depot for vegging. When its time to flower, I will be using a 400 watt HPS.

I have MH & HPS bulbs so I want to get the seedlings under the MH light as soon as possible. Can I skip the flouros altogether?

yeah, im runnin 400w hps all the way through, just pick it up to 2-3 feet and lower it slowly as your plants get bigger...
