Seedlings in Rockwool not growing well?

Started an indoor grow from seed about 2 weeks ago, 2 jock horror, 2 aurora indica, and 3 papaya all feminized seeds that I germinated in wet paper towels then planted in soaked rockwool cubes. I kept them under a humidity dome and heat mat for about a week and the seemed to be doing fine, then temperature rose one day and they dried out, guess they didn't have enough water 4 fell over but I've revived all but 1. I have only been watering with distilled water for these 1st two weeks. It just seems like they are growing really slow, should I start a mild nutrient solution and start them on my drip system? I'm using advanced nutrients throughout the grow and will be using some blooming powders towards the end. I think they should already be rooted a lot better by now and well on there way! I've been keeping the temperatures between 70-85 ideally 78. humidity is around 50-70. they are being exhausted by a small 6 inch inline duct fan, not very strong but it pulls air out and I'm also using a window unit to cool. I have a fan circulating air in the Veg room as well, I just don't see why my girls aren't doing better! Is this a normal size for 2 week old seedlings in rockwool? If not, someone please help me to excel better at growing these seedlings because I need to get 2 big mothers for clones and I want to flower the rest until I get my clones going! Thanks.

just a quick suggestion, next time, leave the plastic wrappers on, they prevent the cubes from drying out. You can slip them off before planting into new media, or just set on top of a slab or insert into a bigger cube. Those don't generally dry out if you take precautions and leave the wrapper on.

The plastic wrappers have actually been on the whole time, they barely came off today, as they're about to be moved into 4 in cubes. Any other suggestions on nutes?
