Seedlings Grown Through HPS LIGHT

i am using a 400 wat hps light and was wandering if it is ok for me to be using it through the seedling/vegetative-flowering.
At the moment they are about 1-2 inches high and showing signs of healthy growth in the highish temperature i have to put up with.
Humidity ranges from 40-55, and temp from 75-95.
The ventilation isnt great in there but there are fans blowing and the plants do look really great, especially the oldest one of them which is 4 inches and developing so many new leaves.
All the plants have tiny white speckles on the leaves that look like crystals.
is it still possible to grow them through the seedling stage because it seems like a good option.

LOL sounds just like mine...

i had my temps going up and down due to the heat but have now sorted that out and yeah you can grow with a hps right from the seed have a look at my grow and you will see

i have more pictures up tomorrow as well

i started mine off at 4ft then moved it down over a week to 1ft above the tops of the plants and they love it

It doesnt feel too hot in there as there are a couple of fans to cool things down, but the thermometer says its about 95 for most of the day, and when i put my hand in there, it feels like a nice warm temperature with a cool breeze, could this breeze be enough for them not to feel the bite of the heat?

to me it feels like a nice growing environment for them, and the fans have given them fat stems even at a young age

i had mine touch 100 a few times

i started off with the fan pointing out trying to blow the hot air out

but i found by leaving the door open <if you can and a window and have the fan by the door blowing air in it should be fine and it dropped the temp like this down to about 80

then all i do is an hour or 2 before the lights due to go out is shut the door so to keep a bit of heat in during the night

but that will all change tomorrow as im putting in a extraction fan and filter and a vent in the door so i will be able to keep that shut then with a steady temp
