seedlings dying

hi my seedlings was goin great inch or 2 high,i put it under cfl 125w,its in starter rockwool phed 5.5 it was moist.checked on it yesterday and it flopped rite over,im holdin it up now with a pin and small bit of string loose around it but it goin darker and even more thinner.wot shud i do shud i throw it start again? plz help

Yeah, if you're messing up in the seedling stage...

Is this your first grow? Seedlings that over stretch often become top heavy. The plant will bend over completely. Use a CFL bulb and get it within about 4 inches of the top of the plant.... If its not any other issue, the plant will slowly stand itself back up over about a week. =D
