Seedlings, distance from LED?

So my seeds are doing the shot glass method right now. I'm going to put 2 16oz solo cups in my 2x2 tent under a California lightworks solar flare 220w LED. My tent is 2x2x4! I don't have any other light or tent right now so my seeds have to go straight into my tent. With that being said.

How far should I keep my light from seed to flower? At the end I will only be running one 5 gallon smart pot SCROG style in my 2x2x4 tent.

Ok as stated above Im very restricted on height. I have the 2015 full bloom cycle

im assuming you mean full cycle not bloom booster

i think the 2015s are good because they are more of an angle. that said they are 28% brighter than a 2014 so keep your distance till they get going. you really dont ever want to be closer than 12-18'.but that should fill a 2x2 perfectly, but dont expect more than a foot of depth in canopy with one fixture

id pick up some cheap 5000K leds from costco ($50 for 10, 1500 lumens each. they rock for veg and using 4 or 5 of those instead of the solarflare for veg will keep em super compact.
