Seedlings being infested, need help with this bug

I have 4 seedlings outside and they are all getting attacked by these little black bugs.. I took the best picture i could. What can i use to kill these fuckers?? Ive never been attacked so early on before

You might try a spray of Safers Soap... Maybe dilute it first to see if that does the job.

Neem is about the only thing that seedling can handle atm

They seem to be sucking all the juices from their leaves and reproducing.. They are starting to look pretty bad.

Anybody know what they are?

Did you try physically killing the bugs?

Do that. Kill them.

There are those little containers with poison, that you just place open and bugs get in. It might work. Like this:
