Seedlings are not Growing. Help

title says it all... look healthy but not moving not worried but just wondering if they move slow during the seedling stage. came up like 4 days ago and just kinda not doing anything

pics are always going to get your questions answered quicker, also explain your setup - soil? hydro? what kind of lights? nutrients (if any)? ph? temps?
provide as much info as possible.

I totally agree, pics and some more info will help. The seedling phase is usually the fastest stage of growth.
