probably growing roots , because the plant grows then grows roots then grows then roots get the beat?

Either your under or over watering. Put your finger 2 inches down into the soil and see if is wet or moist or dry. Never go by the top. Also your using the WRONG side of the tin foil. Turn it around to the dull looking side for better reflectivety. I remember I had laminated paint around my plants and at the end of the day they all wilted. I suspect it's cause of the mirror like reflection.

Looks like an air circulation problem to me, stale air is bad. Do you have a fan in the room?

Probably a watering issue then, 18/6 with intake/outtake fans should in no way shape or form cause any kind of heat stress. Any idea what you're growing?

Bagseed will serve you well for a while, I still sprout good ones that I get all the time. If you can come across any seeds actually made from a true male and not a hermi, it'll turn into a good plant regardless if it's one of the fancy seedbank strains. Some of the best Sativas I've ever grown were from brick weed from africa/mexico.
