Seedlings and Clone Questions

How many watts of cfl lighting do I need for seedlings and clone? How Long should the lights be on? How often do they need watered? Also, how long should the plants stay in this stage before going under MH lights in the veg stage?

2 26 watts for a seedling, about 1 1/2 - 2 in. close to it should work fine... lights 24/0... just water when they are dry.... stay there until sprout and have a node grown and new growth on the top then switch to your MH.
