Are these small and not growing fast? They are day 6-7 from sprouting through dirt.

They are under 100 watt grow lights from Advance Led. There 12-18 inches away. Should I move them closer for more light?

Keep the light where it is. You said 100W grow lights (plural) and i'm assuming that's the actual pull. Closer to flower you may want to have a 300W.

There's two 100 watt LEDs and four 25 watt t5 for side lighting. One in each of the 4 corners.
