was geminating it until it started coming out of the shell then i planted was wondering what kind of light is best for seedling and what type of schedule to put it on thanks for the input

CFL's are good for seedlings as they allow you to have the bulb pretty close to the top of the plant, This stops them stretching to much and becoming lanky. 18/6 light cycle will be fine.
