So my lights have dimmable capability what would you suggest for the seedling stage it goes from 0-100 on the dimmer

For me I started on 40% with 30" and increased my light until I got to 75% .. lowered it to 24" when I was sure it wouldn't get light burned.

This is from this morning.. the heater oscillator broke and burned the tips of a couple leaves but no harm done!
