Seedling under a Hans panel .....

For people that have this panel , Should I run this panel for 24hrs under seed mode for two weeks and then flick the switch to flowering and go 12/12 for the rest of the grow? or should I run 24 hours for a few days then gradually go 22/2 , 20/4 ect down to 12/12?

What lighting hours do you recommend for early seedling?

Start off at Full blast at fifteen inches away.......and let the girls grow into the light until around eight inches away from the panel and keep raising while maintaining a six to eight inch gap till finish. I just don't like fucking around with the different phases and like keeping it simple/lazy.

Edit...lol answered a question you didn't even ask/duh. Experiment with what you like concerning light schedules. more veg time bigger yields always, so just keep that in mind.

I enjoy reading some real experiment of a sophisticated Mr.Ganja, additional ideas are extremely welcomed.
