Seedling trouble.

Okay ive checked the nutrient decifiency table, etc for my possible problem but nothing really hits the exact problem/ effect.

My seedlings are a little over a week, about 2-2 1/2" tall. has one set of 1 leafs, the set of 3 coming in VERY slowly. id say theve grown only like a cm in this week. The 2 starter leaf (uno the weird ones that first pop up) one of them has a brownish tip but thats all. ive had spider mites / fungus gnat problems can they be causing this. ive also used chemicals to kill them and now i did that (long name) earth shit that cuts up soft bodied pests. i put a fan on to blow around the fungus gnats. im not sure of my soil pH, once that dicammetous earth or w,e sits for a while i can then water as it said in instructions not to use with wet soil. i will test the runoff water ph level. im broke right now so can anyone give me household ph ups and downs that can be used until i can buy some actual ph up and down. oh and what ratios to use them at..thank you.

seedling looks very close to this but the 3set is like a cm above the 1 leaf set and a bit bigger. they are about 8-10days old. is this a normal size or stunted growth.
 
yeh ino man i was baked out of my mind and forgot i didnt get sterile soil. forgot to sterilize myself and than bam im infested with these fuckers. i never had these problems last year :(. insight and help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you got quite the jungle going there. Your seedlings should be good on just tap water for a bit. Wash and transplant into some proper dirt, or something.
 
ok ive bought tropical soil great mix of peat moss, perlite, and a few other things, im to baked to remember and too lazy to check lol. ill transplant tomorrow into clean soil. and set them up by the window so they can feed off sun while i uninfest my grow room lol.
