Seedling Trouble Help!!!!!!

plants where doing fine untill the got underwatered one day 2 of them seemed to come back but 1 of them looks like its going to die or something if you could help...i have another problem on a nother plant its seems to keep getting these brown spots on the lower leaves i dont add no nutes yet just water every 3-4 days if you had or know about any of these problems i be glad for you to help me!!!!

I think that one of your crop needs some fertilizer and the second one needs to get watered less

well the one thats dying yeah... And the second one it looks like you are overwatering it.

i would put small drainage holes in those cups if you haven't already, in the bottom and on the sides near the bottom.
