Seedling to Early Veg Question

Just picked up two T8 18inch floro tube fixtures along with 2 18" "plant and aquiarium" 15watt lights.

Would these be enough to bring a seed from germination, through seedling phase into early veg (1-2 weeks) then be put under a 600w MH?

Thanks all, been trying to get my germinated seedlings to get going outdoors but I think the climate is too rough for the little guys, high temps and too much sun methinks

Yes it would get it through the early stages, but definitely get it under a better light ASAP...

Yeah, thats my plan... it's just I think that the outdoor conditions right now are too harsh for a fresh seedling.
Just wanted to double check if these would do the trick for the first couple weeks of growth.

i have the same problem but i only have 1 shitty t12. try putting them outside in the early morning or late afternnon for a few hours when the suns not so hot.

Try using a Propagator to help stregthen your seedlings up they are really cheap and do the job, i used to put mine out all day in one of those when they was literally 2 days old..
