seedling stretch....thats considered a plant problem right?

the light has always been this close i only move it up a couple inches at a time and thats when the leaves are pushing up on it.

same strain planted at the same time same conditions the last one some how got fucked up as you can see the one with 2 single blades wanted to see what would happen if i topped at such an early age....when i go to transplant can i bury them up past their cotyledon leaves? can i start bending them? lst?

Don't worry about the stretch. Bury them up to the cotyleden solves the issue.

You can bury them as deep as you like, just snip off any leaves that will be below the surface. You'll get roots growing where you snipped in short order.

Try t5s they keep the plant short and stocky....i use them for seedlings and clones..
