Seedling question (pics)

My seedlings broke through the soil 6 days ago. I have them under a 400w MH right now ~17 inches away. The temperature is 78. Are these growing slow or at a normal rate? Looking at other people's week old seedlings I am questioning their growth rate.

Pretty normal, relax it takes a while

I'm relaxed . They look great right now, but I was just curious to compare their growth rate. Thanks for the second opinion.

If you've got them under an mh try not to get the leaves wet. They could burn,
other than that they look pretty good, soils a lil wet so watch that too.

That's a lot of light for a seedling, but it should be ok. I'd try using a CFL for the first week or so next time.
