okay I started 5 seeds sprouted about 2 weeks ago. the problem is there really isn't any growth they are only on the first set of tiny leaves the first single finger ones. they were under 4 23 watt cfl and thought maybe it was lack of light so I put them under the 400 mh dimmed to 50% what could be wrong is this normal???

did they sprout 2 weeks ago or did u put them in soil 2 weeks ago?
if you just put them in soil do the paper towel method and then plant with the root tip DOWN

no there only about 1" or 2 tall
