Seedling pointing downward

I've searched the FAQ, and numerous posts, but I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. They sprouted yesterday. The leaves are almost facing the soil. What is going on and can it be fixed?

Sorry for the quality, i had to use my phone. What you're looking at is pretty much the root curling, and then the sprouty part is like, facing the soil.

I'm only growing this one plant (idk why i said they in the original post) so i'm just using one CFL. 2700k i think?

They are curled up when they first break out of the seed casing. It will straighten up real soon, and is perfectly normal.
