seedling leaves browning

hey guys and galls, bit of a problem with one of my strains. the first set of leaves have started to become brown at the edges and then they dry out becoming crispy. i have them under a 250 w 18/6 with a fan blowing to reduce heat. the light is roughly 2 feet away. i have never experienced this problem before.

better with a few CFLs or a envirolite to bring your seedlings along till they've got 5 internodes(sets of leaves) then put them under a 250w HPS.

is it the little weird first set of leaves that you first get or the first set of real leaves. I dont know what they are called so hopefully that made sense.

what kind of soil? Are you feeding them, if so what? What kind of water and what is the pH of your runoff? How close is that light?

hello i have seedlings about 2 weeks old under 250w in coco and the leaves are starting to crisp at the edges and one f the plants has curled under. they have been watered with ph'd water 5.8 mixed with some formulex and a drop of super thrieve. my last lot were fine in these conditions, why do you think this is happening to this little ladies?
