Seedling in RW Cube - Wiling - Damping off?

Solo Cups, about 2" of perlite then placed a RW cube on top. Cube gets a few drops of water every night.

5.9PH water
75.92F (24.4C)
54% RH (in Room)
a little higher % RH for the seedling as they are in a tray with a dome half open.
Under one Regular household CFL.

Two dropped dead =( .. I really wanted these seeds! Other one or two seem to start to flop over. Rest are okay.

What should I do, as the temperature and rh seem within reasonable range? Then what would be the problem?

Too much moisture.
Light not close enough.
I found it better to remove the humidity dome once they break the surface. My environment is nearly identical to yours.
I start mine with a 4 bulb T8 fixture at around a foot and lower it to 5-6" once they break surface and start growing up.

Thanks guys!

It's at temp-setup until I can get things ready. Figured I'd pop the beans and let them start getting some root structure. Lamp is as close as I can get it, maybe I'll see if I can prop them up a little bit. :)

I need some T5's or 8's for veg... or maybe just build a small veg led setup eventually.

If you're in the US, lowes has a really good deal on this 2ft T8 light right now, you just have to follow the directions to wire a power cord into it yourself.
It uses 2 u-bend bulbs so its like a 4 tube.
They had some cheap bulbs on the clearance rack too i got 3 for like $8

I looked at lights in local sell groups, letgo, craigslist ect... and there were a lot of T5s and T8s for sale, but the cheap options were $50+
This one fit perfectly under my table. Just took one of the 3 shelves out from under it and made a little germination shelf.
The bulbs werent the best (new good ones are ~$10 each) but i was plenty happy with it for a $26 seedling light.
