Hi,
I need some ideas on my 8 day old seedlings. The leaves are twisting and a dry tip on two of the plants. I have them under T5 8 bulbs 6 blue 2 red bulbs, 8" over plants. I have the humidity 80-100. Heat at 75. spraying RO water (not on leaves) 2 times a day, they are in a seed tray with a dome over at night. Fan towards closet in the day. Mendo mix soil. 2 drops of roots excelurator in 32 oz water. seeds were 100 each freaking out a little. Thanks

If you're growing from seed, you shouldn't need a root excelerator, you should only need that for cloning. You probably caused some nute burn. Don't use any.

Thanks for you idea

I had something similar happen to my seedlings. Very different setup, but I used some crappy MG soil and it totally burned my seedlings. I thought they were all goners, but after about 10 days in I transplanted them into some good organic soil and they recovered and are doing very nicely now.

But yeah the twisting and curling of young leaves is likely a sign of nute burn in my experience. As a result, once my plants is kind of deformed and is vegging different nodes in a clump. (Hard to explain without a picture).

I'm no expert but I'd flush the soil out to get any excess nutrients out, or it might lockout the soil. $100 a seed? Tread lightly and good luck
