Checked on my ladies last night everyone seemed fine. Looked in on them today and they are starting to curl up and a small spec on one leaf. I am growing in a pro mix all purpose mix with added perlite and vermiculite. Under a 600 watt mh light with cool tube. I have not added any nutrients to waterings yet. Seedlings are roughly 2 weeks old today. Light has been 12 to 13 inches off plants. I raised it another 4 inches today after seeing leaves curling. I watered them all 2 days ago with 3 cups of water each, phed to 6.0. Prior to this I was using 6.8 ph in waterings but was suggested to bring ph lvl of water down. First grow so any help or advice greatly appreciated

Id try and get the humidity up just a bit. 50%-60%. Looks like it has some heat stress, as leaf cupping usually is the 1st symptom, but it also could be the Humidity is to Low, and combined the light may be/have been a bit to close/Light stress. I think 20 inches for a 600w is not to close. I use 1000w Hortilux EYE HPS at 24-28 inches, or closer.
It also could use FOOD by 2 weeks. I use 10%-15% fertilizer recommendations from the first serrated leaves showing, and feed, at each watering... I believe your mix has starter fert/which I really don't care for, but at this point would start a feed schedule.

I myself like the Promix BX/HP vs anything else they make, and have used it since it came out. BX holds a bit more water, and HP is lighter. We use BX.

I also recommend a Cheap Moisture Meter from Lowes, and never let the needle get to the Low Moist Line. Just a bit above it.
Ive been growing 45 years or more, and can grow without 1, but I always use a meter. No Guessing.

Id probably run a 6.2-6.4 PH. I also run 24 hour light cycle.

2 week old seedlings= 55-70% RH, at 35% you're in the danger zone; plant shut down/stunted
wouldn't hurt to run temps a bit warmer = 70-82ish

I will turn the speed control on 6 inch inline fan down. Been running on medium. Will turn down to low. Will look into getting a humidifier today. Winter here so rh is extremely low. I have been putting a bowl of water inside tent as well go try and push humidity up as well.

I have a 3 in one meter from lowes. Just unsure how accurate it is. Checks moisture, light, and ph levels. Made by hold all.

Would a vaporizer on a timer in tent or a humidifier outside tent in my spare room be better for raising the humidity. The room is always closed up. Only go in it few times a day to check plants and grab canned goods for meals. The humidity in the room is like 30.

If your room/tent is always closed up, how do you get fresh air exchange???

Fresh Air, or CO2, and regular exchange are necessary for proper growth, and if you use CO2, you have to have the right set up, or its a waste.
Strong Light, a good amount of good medium, proper feeding/watering, air exchange are the main things needed to grow plants to their genetic potential.

The 1 I got from Lowes also is 3 in 1. Probably same thing. Often times when used in a small container, and airy, a meter may be less than accurate, until the plant develops a good root system and can take a good water saturating, because you don't want to overwater either. But those plants can take a pretty good watering.

Mainly though if the readily registers the moisture level, its probably working correctly. Also slightly lift them, so you can get a feel for the weight, and also what the meter is saying. IMHO its better to have 2 ways of determining moisture levels vs 1. The 600w will also make them use a lot of water.
What Bulb? Hortilux EYE is the best HPS, and has added BLUE.

But your plants look good except for the slight cupping. I can barely see the speck, but could be the start of a Cal/Mg/N deficiency. Or a deficiency in general, or where the leaf for wet, and magnified the light. Hard to tell, but Id be Checking soil run off PH, and a complete nutrient low dose feeding.
N deficiency starts on older leaves.
What size pots???

Running a 5 gal smart pot. I haven't used any added nutes yet. Only 3rd time watering since breaking ground. I did pre wet the promix few days prior to planting so when I added seeds it had moisture in the pot but not enough to be saturated. I have a passive air intake for the tent. With the exhaust being vented under my house. The room has an ac duct so it is getting new air to the room when furnace runs. The door to the room also has roughly 3 inches trimmed off the bottom to allow air exchange into the house. I also have a exhaust vent fan in the ceiling. I usually run an hour a day to pull air out of room and new in as well. I last watered 2 1/2 days ago with 6.0 phed water. I roughly give all plants about 3 cups of water leaf diameter out from stem. The water I use is well water, is is not softened or filtered. The ph out of the tap is 6.7 and 275 ppm. I drink the water, clean, cook, my animal's get it as well. Watered my garden with it as well with no issues. I am running an ipower MH 600 watt bulb. I bought an 800sq foot humidifier for the room and have it running already.

I have humidity up to around 50 in tent still going to go try and get it higher. Temps seem to be bouncing around a little but staying above 70. Checked on leaves. Dont seem any worse. Might be little better actually.

Checked moisture today with 3in1 meter. Showed just above the bottom moist zone mark. Pots all felt light. I watered then all with 3 1/2 cups of water. I mixed nutrients in for this feeding. I used the general hydroponics flora series. 1/2 ml of each and 1 ml of calimagic. Was mixed at a gallon ratio of water. Ppm was 445 and the ph was brought down to 6.3. Heres to my first feeding. I kept water out from plants the diameter of the leaves. And didnt drip any on leaves. Temperatures holding at 75 with lights on and 50 to 55 rh
