Can anyone tell me what's going on my other plant is doing great and this one seems to be dropping after the lights turn off

The plants do kinda relax a little after lights off thats norma, the only other interpretation is its wilting slightly and could need a bit more water

it's looking good. at the stage of the grow be careful not to over water.
