seedling growing super fast

I have a seedling that is growing so much faster than the other plants, the light was no more than 6 - 8 inches away just as the other plants, and its soo long that it sways, I am going to rearrange the lighting to see what happens but i have a feeling its not gonna make a difference. Is this good or bad. I posted a picture of it.

the plant has stretched but it is still healthy. stake it up with straws and string and the stem will thicken up in time. when you transplant, if its still stretched then plant it with part of the stem in the soil.
