Seedling fighting to break through

So after 6 days my seedling finally broke soil, I checked it this morning and it looks as if it's struggling to break soil. It's in the shape of an upside down U with its head still in the soil.

Should I wait patiently for it to try get out of there or should I try dig out a tiny bit of the soil to free the head of the plant?

Excuse me for being such a noob but this is my first grow and I'm a total noob at gardening anyway.

if you move it, it might stun if you leave it, it will take some time, so either will do

well it doesnt seem that stuck anymore but the stem is bent at like 90 degrees to the soil. haven't seen this in any of the seedling pics on here. will it straighten itself out in time?

like the head of it was stuck in the soil and it was growing or what how did it form a U any pics

Thats normal..you dont expect a newborn to walk,right?
