seed?

i placed a seed in a piece of paper towel 2 days ago. i put it on top of my p.c. cos its a little warmer. this is the way i always do this.
but i forgot about the seeds . the tap root is about 2mm and 1mm on the other seed. whats happenesd is that the paper towel has proper dried out and the seed looks tap root looks very very ill. ive added a little warer and placed it on a plate.
will it cum back or die. has this ever happened to anyone before . thanks

a couple of my sprouts in germ got pretty big, and they grew fine. however, i was careful not to let the paper towel i germinated in get too dried out... some of the roots actually grew through the paper towel, and i just tore the paper to get them unhooked. if you go ahead and plant it, you will know if it is going to live in a day or two i bet.
