Seed???

If you plant your plants from store bought seeds you probably payed about $100 for 10 seeds. so to get to the point that I'll never get to. why don't people like to keep the males and letting them pollinate the females and get seeds?
dose it take away from yield? I know seeds are heavy, but does it like fuck with the yield or not or what?
I mean you get like a shit load of seeds from doing that and there expensive seeds so... more bang for your buck maybe?
I dont know if I'm retarted tell me...

yes, it does take away from yeild. Wouldnt you want your plant to grow more bud for you to smoke instead of seeds? BTW i have heard of a method where you use a q-tip to collect pollen from the male and the apply it to only the buds that you want to have seeds, that way you get alot of unseeded bud and some seeded.

Yea I read somthing like that but with bags. But i dont know seeds have more potential then bud in a different way.

Just clone the plant why start all over from seed?

yeah I have had plants with seeds and I saved them and I am growing them. But now I will clone the mother and be done with it. It is quicker and easier and you know what sex you are getting when cloning.................

id say if you can set up an extra small room to stick a male and a female in to create a shit load of seeds (just so youll never have to order again) then your probably better off than most. Id think cloning would be a better option, but hey if you have to pack up and move real quick, it would be nice to have a whole load of seeds to fall back on. especially at 10-20 a piece.

The actual final weight wont be affected that much, but you gotta consider that a lot of that weight is the seeds so it does reduce the amount of bud you end up with.

yea seeds are a hell of a lot heavier than bud, and I see what you are saying about clones. But I suck at cloning.
