pp is very touchy about using their services to purchase 'drugs' be warned ...lol true!

look for those pre paid cards is the better choice

Ok. Thank you. I just sell items on eBay so PayPal is easier to spend. Always ways around it I suppose.

there are places you can buy bitcoin with pay pal and bitcoin usually gets you discounts at most seedbanks accepting bitcoin

thats what i thought but i did 1 hour of research and man its tit. Download a wallet and go buy a bitcoin somewhere then go spend it.
