Seed/Strain help need shorty's that aren't AF

Can you offer suggestions on which short height strains are good? I have a height problem obviously.

I would like to know as well, since I would like to look at others besides autos..I gotta feeling double topping or LST is what your gonna get for an answer. Although, I know nothing about those, but am eager to learn as you are...

I know how to top but don't think that will help in my situation but I could be wrong?

What does LST stand for?

I only have 5' maybe 5' 6" from ceiling to ground. Take off six inches for lights and rail then take off for one of my 3 setups(Bubbleponics, Aeroponics and ebb and flow drip set up). So I am looking at 3'-4' of grow spca vertcally.

LST stands for Low Stress Training

3-4 ft vertical is a good amount of space. I am growing in 5 ft of total space and am growing strawberry cough, cheese, a persoanl kush and dream queen (aka green crack) my girls are just about to be put to flower and I forsee no height issues, currently they are 17+ inches tall, excluding their pots

Are those those shorts strains by genetics?

How much ligh are you using? I am affriad of burn. I have 2 400 watt cool tubes(1 hps, 1mh) in flower and 2 (1 hps, 1mh) in growzilla for veg.

The kush is indica dom, short and stout by nature, I have grown her many times outdoor and the tallest plant I have had of her strain is 4 ft but the kush is personal and at this point, clone only.

This is my first time with this cheese pheno which is sativa dom.

The dream queen has always grown into a short and extrmely stocky bush for me outdoors and is shaping up to be the same indoors.

I am using a single 400 watt HPS in a 3x3x5 tent. The light is in a cooled reflector and normally about 8 inches off the top of the canopy. I have good ventilation so my ave temps are in the mid seventies and stable. Link to my log is in my sig.
