Seed Size??

Is there a difference in seeds that are a different size? I noticed that while most of the seeds are the same size, there are some that are smaller or larger than the rest. Is this nothing? Does it mean anything when it comes to germinating?

i just got kc brains tnr and choices seed, one was alot smaller then the other one, the small one got roots in 2 days and the big one is still under moist scottowel, any1 know what should i do been like 7 days now.
