Seed raising mix advise, DIY/expariences

First off, I'd like to make my own seed raising mix! Ingredients I currently have are, perlite, peatmoss, and general potting mix. I was thinking mixing the peat moss with potting mix in even amounts, getting it all broken up and fine, then crushing my perlite so its a bit finer like really coarse sand and adding the peat/mix in an equal part to that.

Would that be a suitable mix in a shallow seedling tray?

Second, its time for me to give a little back to everyone here, so if you would like to share you seedmix recipe, or expariences with techniques or brought brands please do, I will endevour to compile them with other sourced info and maybe DIY photos I can provide
