Seed has broke ground, was eaten by a crow.

I started growing a "Brainstorm" seed outdoors.

It has germinated like it should and just broke ground a few days ago.
I saw a sign of 2 new leaves, but than when I came back home today, the tip was gone.

My bet is that a nasty crow ate it.

My question is,
Do you think it'll recover and continue growing, or is it dead?
(No leaves are left, just 1/2 inch stem.

Need your help,
Thank you.

It will 99 percent likely die. Cover your stuff next time bro. I just had 10 clones dug up by fucking squirrels. In the process of erecting fence for my new mind benders and rocklock .

Crows don't usually eat plant material. They eat more nuts, grain, and meat. You're more likely bet is a bug or slug, or possibly even overwtering or planting in dirt thats too hot.

Will do. Thanks mate.

PS
Death to all crows and police.

I see.
Well the Temp. where I live in the world is around 68-95 degrees.

You reckon its too hot?

In general no, but it could make life a bit harder for a seedling to get established. Until they've got a bit of foilage it's an uphill battle for survival.

I see.
Lets pray that the next 2 will have a better life.

Thank you all, you have an amazing forum.

I've germinated 2 new seeds, one of them is already in soil.

I built an improvised cage from chicken wire to protect my new born girls.
They already have names, Pepsi and Hanoch.

May god help them thrive and flourish.
